DO YOU NEED A FRACTIONAL CFO?
You probably don’t need another bookkeeper.
You may already have bookkeeping in-house.
You may have an external accountant or tax adviser.
You may even have good financial data.
But as the business grows, someone still needs to bring the pieces together.
A Fractional CFO can provide the senior financial perspective between management, accounting, tax, governance, investors, lenders and strategic decisions — without requiring you to build a full-time CFO office.
This may be a fit if:
- P&L, based decision support and budgeting.
- Your business is growing faster than your finance structure.
- The founder or CEO is still personally coordinating too many financial issues.
- You have accounting support but no senior financial thought partner.
- Investors, lenders or counterparties are asking increasingly sophisticated questions.
- You need better management reporting, cash visibility or forecasting.
- Your corporate records, approvals or governance processes need professionalization.
- You are preparing a financing, diligence process, investor data room or strategic transaction.
- You have U.S. operations, ownership, investors or tax/compliance questions that need coordination.
- You want an experienced finance professional who can understand the business and remain available when issues arise.
The objective is not to add another layer. It is to create structure.
FROM BOOKKEEPING TO FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP
Your accountant records what happened.
Your Fractional CFO helps management understand what it means, what needs attention and what should happen next.
Drapalski Consulting works alongside your existing bookkeeping, accounting, tax and legal resources. The role is designed to connect those functions rather than unnecessarily replace them.
Typical work can include financial oversight and management reporting, corporate housekeeping and governance, financing and deal-room readiness, controls and compliance, and coordination with qualified tax advisers. Those categories are also reflected directly in the structure of the Fractional CFO engagement agreements.
MANCHMAL BESTEHT DER WERT EINFACH DARAUF, DASS EIN FINANZVOLLER ANWESEND IST.

A Fractional CFO does not have to run your company to add value.
Sometimes the role is simply to make sure management has an experienced financial person available when the conversation becomes important.
That can mean:
- participating in selected investor, lender or strategic-partner meetings;
- helping management prepare the financial story before those meetings;
- reviewing material before it enters a data room;
- organizing financial and corporate documentation;
- helping management respond to diligence questions;
- reviewing governance and corporate-housekeeping matters;
- coordinating U.S. compliance topics with the appropriate professional advisers;
- or providing an experienced second opinion before management commits to a major decision.
Where appropriate, Drapalski Consulting may also be identified as the company’s Fractional CFO or external finance adviser on a company website, presentation or other approved communication.
That designation describes the service role. It does not make Drapalski Consulting a statutory officer, managing director or employee, nor does it create authority to bind the company. The underlying engagement specifically preserves management’s responsibility for business decisions and corporate authority.
This is financial leadership.
