01 / What guides us

Responsible in principle. Practical in action.

We focus on commitments where our knowledge, time and operating practices can make a credible difference.

01 / Give back

Contribute expertise

Use a defined portion of our professional time to support nonprofit and community organizations on a pro bono basis.

02 / Lead fairly

Equal standards

Support professional environments where competence, judgment and accountability matter more than background or assumptions.

03 / Act responsibly

Sound governance

Approach decisions with transparency, professional discipline and respect for the people and organizations affected by them.

02 / External commitments & initiatives

What we have committed to. Where we are in the process.

We distinguish public commitments already made from initiatives where formal participation is still subject to review or confirmation.

Pledge 1% / Time commitment
1%

Professional time for pro bono support.

Drapalski Consulting LLC has pledged to set aside 1% of its professional time for causes aligned with its values. We intend to use this capacity to support eligible nonprofit and community organizations through financial management, governance, accounting and advisory expertise.

This is a commitment of time, not a claim of completed volunteer hours or measured impact. Each engagement remains subject to availability and a separately agreed scope; regulated CPA and tax services require appropriate engagement terms.

Professional opportunity, with consistent expectations.

Drapalski Consulting has signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) CEO Statement of Support and is pursuing participation in the initiative established by UN Women and the UN Global Compact.

Formal signatory status remains subject to review and approval. We do not claim approved signatory status, UN affiliation or endorsement while that process remains pending.

Status noted as of 25 October 2026; update when confirmation is received.

03 / Women in finance & leadership

Equal expectations. Meaningful opportunity.

Finance is a discipline, and leadership is assessed through clarity, judgment and the ability to take responsibility. Professional expectations should be consistent for everyone.

We support environments where people have access to complex work, decisions are grounded in evidence and performance is evaluated on substance rather than stereotypes.

How we apply these principles

  • Apply consistent standards across roles and engagements.
  • Use structured analysis instead of assumptions.
  • Respect leadership and decision-making responsibility.
  • Value governance frameworks that withstand scrutiny.
  • Recognize the different professional contexts of the United States and Europe.
04 / Our perspective

Success is something we hope to share.

Our professional services are intended to strengthen decision-making, governance and financial clarity. Our social-impact commitment brings that same practical perspective to organizations working with limited resources.

As our work develops, we aim to track the time contributed and describe the projects supported without overstating results.

“We hope the organizations we work with succeed, and if our contribution plays even a small part in their success, that is something we can be proud of.”

A practical contribution

Doing useful work. Creating room to give back.

Our commitments will develop alongside the firm. We favor defined projects, appropriate professional safeguards and outcomes that matter to the organizations we support.

The organizations linked above are independent initiatives; a public pledge or pending application does not imply endorsement of Drapalski Consulting LLC.
