Select collaborations extending delivery capability in specialized areas
Drapalski Consulting works with selected Strategic Collaboration Partners where client engagements require additional technical depth, execution capacity, or jurisdiction-specific expertise.
Collaborations are non-exclusive, engagement-specific, and governed by clearly defined scope, delivery responsibilities, client ownership, professional standards, and project-specific commercial terms.
How We Work
1
Drapalski Consulting remains the Prime Contractor where it owns the client engagement
2
Roles, responsibilities, scope, and deliverables are defined before work begins
3
Subcontracting Parties support only within the agreed project scope
4
Client communication, delivery governance, and quality standards are coordinated centrally
5
No legal partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship is implied
“I look forward to aligning with high-quality partners as we collaborate together to build amazing solutions for clients.”
Ross A. Drapalski
President and Owner
Collaboration Model
| Model | Description |
|---|---|
| Prime Contractor Model | One party owns the client relationship, pricing, communication, and delivery governance |
| Advisory-Led | Specialist partner supports under defined scope and agreed terms |
| Joint Proposal / RFQ | Parties may jointly respond where scope, liability, commercial allocation, and client ownership are agreed in writing |
| Strategic Collaboration Partner | Selective website, proposal, and pitch-material references where collaboration is relevant |
Independence and Professional Standards
- Drapalski Consulting and its Strategic Collaboration Partners remain independent contractors.
- Collaborations do not create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, merger, or integrated firm structure.
- Each party remains independently responsible for its own professional standards, regulatory compliance, licensing, tax obligations, confidentiality duties, and data protection responsibilities.
- Where regulated services, referral fees, success-based compensation, or professional restrictions may apply, collaboration structures are reviewed for compliance before revenue-generating work begins.
